What we store

• Your email address and sign-in details, through Google Firebase Authentication.
• What you add to your household: dogs, training sessions and walk logs, routines and reminders, completions, care notes, records and to-dos. This is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and visible to the members of your household.
• Sitter links you create. Anyone with a link can read that three-day snapshot until you revoke it.

Nell, the assistant

When you message Nell or ask it to read instructions, the message, any photo you attach and a summary of today's list are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to write the reply. We don't keep the chat or the photo after the reply. Only the reminders and notes you confirm are saved.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We don't share your household with anyone outside it, except through sitter links you create.

Usage numbers

We count page views with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or track you across sites.

Deleting your data

Email hello@n34t.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and household data within 30 days.

Treat & Repeat is a training log and checklist. It doesn't diagnose, and it never suggests a drug or a dose. Follow your veterinarian. Reminders are best-effort and can be missed, for example when the app is closed on iPhone.
